To simulate the YMF262, the SoundBlaster AudioPCI and its variants(SoundBlaster PCI128, SoundBlaster 16 PCI, SoundBlaster Vibra 128, SoundBlaster PCI64, just to name a few) uses a wavetable developed by Ensoniq for I figure that's the case. That works for model CT4750 I believe. Besides, like I said before, older PC parts and rigs are rare and hard to come by in my area. For every game, you need to select which irq the sound uses, it is really no matter if the soundcard uses isa or pci. SB16 PCI card used emulator to emulate ISA sound, and had slightly different IRQ.

Chances are that SB Audigy 2 doesn't even use IRQ and DMA channels. Sound Blaster is an audio platform consisting of a sound card or chip set, software drivers and bundled software applications that enable PCs to produce high quality audio. It seems your best shot atm is DosBox for your modern pc. If so are there better options?

I can get anything here for pennies. I have yet to find a PCI sound card that works with Star Wars X-Wing using the SoundBlaster sound options, digitized sound works correctly and the FM Synthesis sounds identical to I'm up the creek either way.
