Netcomm have 64bit drivers for XP, 32bit for Vista and list nothing at all for W7. If that doesn't bother you, then go ahead and use it. You'll need to disable Secure Boot in your computer's UEFI firmware (also known as its BIOS) to enable test signing mode. Not sure what happened.Then luckily found this post.
