Digidesign Digi 002 Drivers Snow Leopard
If you get an m-audio sound card that supports Pro Tools, then you should be all set! It's giving you that message because you are using Behringer hardware. I have changed ports for my firewire card, uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers, rolled back on the system restore, taken my audio card, and wireless card out. - The reason is you need to get the 003 on first before Windows starts loading its drivers and running its routines so it recognizes the 003.

I run OSX 10.6.5 / PT 8.0.4 on a Mac Pro Quad (late 2009) When connect the firewire (800<->400-cable) from the mac to the 002r the 1394 Backpanel-Link-LED shows connection. (All At all. The S/PDIF light on my mbox 2 is constantly blinking, Could this be the problem…? You need to uninstall PT LE & install PT M-Piwered.

So, my question is, has anyone tried to use the Digi CoreAudio drivers (I think it's 8.0.3?) in Lion yet? For instance, if you use a mac, plug it into a PC. Had to close a few things, and then everything went fine. have a peek at these guys the remedy for that is to go into System preferences - Account - click on the Login Items tab & then remove things from the list.

You can try installing older drivers from m-audio's site to see if a different version works better. Why not help all the musicians who changed from ProTools to Logic Studio and Garageband?I will not upgrade with Snow Leopard if this issue is not solved. Thanks again. Followed all your steps but I end up with an error box that says "windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device." What can I do now?
