If you are installing Pro Tools 7.4.2 for Mac OS X 10.5.3, you should use the Digidesign CoreAudio included with your Pro Tools installation, not the standalone version. The time now is 06:53 PM. I think the Emagic one is supposed to be there, but it doesn't hurt if you delete it.
