I narrowed it down to the graphics driver causing issues, as when I remove the NVIDIA driver it would boot fine. Gets into bios/windows fine 1st time, then screen goes blank on restart Windows 10 black screen (blank) cold boot or waking up from long sleep. Removing any unnecessary desktop icons will also aid boot up times, but to have that many in the notification tray, you may want to edit your Startup programs in msconfig if
