- NTIOMIN.sys goes with a program called CPU COOL. http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/ntiomin-missing.159947/ CdaC15BA.SYS is by Adobe Systems. This error is usually due to system version incompatibility. SRV.sys is for network access to this computer

a process has loaded the driver, and then another one does also, but since it was already loaded/running, it fails, again, normal. The boot log does not seem to log anything when the freeze occurs.
