  • If drivers which are not needed can be seen in the bootlog, how can I remove them???
  • It tells you what service has failed, but that seems to be in a chain and none of them all the way back will restart!!!
  • I did a search of my system, Win 7 Pro, and did not find a file called ntbtlog.

A few days ago, I went to turn on my computer and it just gave me a black screen after the "Starting Windows" screen. Anyway are the failed drivers the problem, and if so is there an easy fix, or should i salvage his data and reinstall. Using the site is easy and fun. I scanned and removed all malware and ran a virus scan as well, and cleaned up all junk files and registry errors with CCleaner.

Check the boot log box and then Apply and OK. Now it says it can't find a problem. That software might be listed under Utilities or Software in the driver list.
